The Blacklist Alliance integration checks incoming caller IDs against litigation databases to help maintain TCPA compliance and reduce legal risk.
Setup Process
1. Create New Webhook
- Navigate to Integrations → Webhooks
- Click + New Webhook
- Select Caller ID Lookup template type
- Choose Blacklist Alliance from the dropdown
2. Basic Configuration

- API Key: Enter your Blacklist Alliance API key
- Name: Give your webhook a name
- Event: Select Call Completed
- Click Save Webhook
3. Advanced Options (Optional)
After saving, you can configure additional settings:

Filtering

- Add filters using any system tag (InboundState, BuyerName, CampaignName, etc.)
- Use Equals conditions to control when the webhook fires
- Combine multiple conditions with Add Or Rule or Add And Rule
Value Extraction

- Run a webhook test first to see available response data
- Map response properties to custom tags for routing rules
Testing

- Fill in test values for detected variables
- Click Run Webhook to verify the integration works
- Check that the response contains the expected caller verification data
Best Practices
- Test your configuration before going live
- Use filters to apply checks only when needed
- Monitor webhook performance and adjust timeout if necessary
