- Select "CallGrid" from the platform dropdown
- The system will automatically configure the required parameters:
- CallerId (required)
- State (optional)
- Zipcode (optional)

Step 4: Get Your Grid ID

Step 5: Share with Your CallGrid Buyer
- Send the copied Grid-ID to the CallGrid customer you want to send bids to
- Share this link with them: Receiving Bids from CallGrid in CallGrid using RTB
- They will use your Grid-ID to configure their CallGrid destination to receive your bid requests
How It Works
Once configured:
- When calls arrive at your CallGrid campaign, the system automatically sends bid requests to the buyer's CallGrid account
- The buyer evaluates the call and responds with a bid
- If accepted, the call is routed to their destination
- Both parties can track call performance in their respective CallGrid dashboards
What Gets Sent
The following information is automatically sent with each bid request:
- CallerId: The caller's phone number
- InboundStateCode: The state of the incoming call (if available)
- Additional Tags: Any custom tags you selected in the posting instructions
Response Codes
Your CallGrid buyer will respond with one of these codes:
- 1000: Bid accepted - Call will be routed to buyer
- 2000: Bid declined - Call will not be routed
- 3000: No capacity - Buyer cannot accept calls currently
- 4000: Invalid request - Configuration issue
- 5000: System error - Technical issue
Next Steps
For Conversion Tracking:
If you want to postback conversions to the buyer's CallGrid account based on a Payable event, see the related article: Posting Conversions to CallGrid from CallGrid

- Send a test call through your campaign
- Monitor your CallGrid logs to verify bid requests are being sent
- Confirm with the buyer that they're receiving the requests
- Verify calls are routing correctly when bids are accepted
Troubleshooting
Buyer Not Receiving Bid Requests:
- Verify you sent them the correct Grid-ID
- Confirm they've configured their CallGrid destination with your Grid-ID
- Check that your campaign is live and routing calls
All Bids Being Declined:
- Contact your buyer to understand their acceptance criteria
- Verify the call types you're sending match their buying preferences
- Check that required parameters (CallerId, State) are being sent correctly
