The RedTrack integration sends conversion events to your RedTrack affiliate tracking platform using server-to-server postback tracking, enabling accurate campaign attribution and conversion tracking for affiliate marketing campaigns.
Prerequisites
Before setting up your webhook, you'll need:
- An active RedTrack account
- Your RedTrack subdomain (e.g., 5ux0q)
- A configured campaign in RedTrack to receive conversions
Setup Process
1. Create New Webhook
- Navigate to Integrations → Webhooks
- Click + New Webhook
- Select Conversion Pixel template type
- Choose RedTrack from the dropdown
2. Basic Configuration

- Subdomain: Enter your RedTrack subdomain (without .redtrack.io)
- Name: Give your webhook a name
- Event: Select Call Completed
- Click Save Webhook
3. Advanced Options (Optional)
After saving, you can configure additional settings:

Dynamic Variables The system automatically maps call data to RedTrack postback parameters:
- rtkcid maps to RedTrack's click ID for conversion attribution
- CallRevenue maps to the sum parameter for payout tracking
Request Structure The webhook sends a GET request to RedTrack's postback endpoint with:
- Click ID for matching conversions to original clicks
- Revenue amount for accurate payout calculation
- Timestamp and conversion data
Filtering

- Add filters using any system tag (InboundState, BuyerName, CampaignName, etc.)
- Use Equals conditions to control when conversions fire
- Combine conditions with Add Or Rule or Add And Rule
Testing

- Fill in test values for detected variables
- Click Run Webhook to verify the integration
- Check your RedTrack dashboard to confirm conversion data appears

- Ensure your RedTrack campaign is properly configured to accept postback conversions
- Use consistent click ID handling across your tracking setup
- Monitor RedTrack reports to verify conversion attribution accuracy
