ByCallGrid Team

The RedTrack integration sends conversion events to your RedTrack affiliate tracking platform using server-to-server postback tracking, enabling accurate campaign attribution and conversion tracking for affiliate marketing campaigns.

Prerequisites

Before setting up your webhook, you'll need:

  • An active RedTrack account
  • Your RedTrack subdomain (e.g., 5ux0q)
  • A configured campaign in RedTrack to receive conversions

Setup Process

1. Create New Webhook

  1. Navigate to IntegrationsWebhooks
  2. Click + New Webhook
  3. Select Conversion Pixel template type
  4. Choose RedTrack from the dropdown

2. Basic Configuration

  1. Subdomain: Enter your RedTrack subdomain (without .redtrack.io)
  2. Name: Give your webhook a name
  3. Event: Select Call Completed
  4. Click Save Webhook

3. Advanced Options (Optional)

After saving, you can configure additional settings:

Dynamic Variables The system automatically maps call data to RedTrack postback parameters:

  • rtkcid maps to RedTrack's click ID for conversion attribution
  • CallRevenue maps to the sum parameter for payout tracking

Request Structure The webhook sends a GET request to RedTrack's postback endpoint with:

  • Click ID for matching conversions to original clicks
  • Revenue amount for accurate payout calculation
  • Timestamp and conversion data

Filtering

  • Add filters using any system tag (InboundState, BuyerName, CampaignName, etc.)
  • Use Equals conditions to control when conversions fire
  • Combine conditions with Add Or Rule or Add And Rule

Testing

  • Fill in test values for detected variables
  • Click Run Webhook to verify the integration
  • Check your RedTrack dashboard to confirm conversion data appears

Best Practices

  • Ensure your RedTrack campaign is properly configured to accept postback conversions
  • Use consistent click ID handling across your tracking setup
  • Monitor RedTrack reports to verify conversion attribution accuracy
  • Test thoroughly with live clicks before scaling campaigns
  • Keep your RedTrack subdomain information current

Troubleshooting

  • Verify your RedTrack subdomain is entered correctly (without .redtrack.io)
  • Check that your RedTrack campaign accepts postback conversions
  • Ensure test conversions include valid click ID data
  • Monitor RedTrack logs for any postback errors or missing data
  • Contact RedTrack support for campaign-specific configuration help
