Code 4001 - Disabled Campaign ❌
HTTP Status: 200
Message: Disabled
Description: The campaign is currently disabled. This occurs when the Organization ID or LCB (Local Campaign Builder) ID is invalid or inactive.
Resolution: Contact your account manager to reactivate the campaign or verify your campaign settings.
Code 4002 - Paused Campaign ⏸️
HTTP Status: 200
Message: Campaign is Paused
Description: The campaign has been temporarily paused by the campaign owner.
Resolution: Resume the campaign in your CallGrid dashboard or contact support if you need assistance.
Code 4003 - Invalid Caller ID 📞
HTTP Status: 200
Message: Invalid caller ID
Description: The caller ID provided does not meet the required format or validation criteria.
Resolution: Ensure the caller ID is in the correct format (e.g., +1234567890) and includes a valid area code.
Code 4004 - Capacity Check Failed 🚫
HTTP Status: 200
Message: Capacity check failed
Description: The call was rejected due to capacity limitations. This includes scenarios where the campaign is closed, capped, has failed tag rules, or failed acceptance criteria.
Resolution: Check your campaign capacity settings, daily/monthly caps, and tag rules. Consider adjusting capacity limits or contact support for assistance.
Code 4005 - Duplicate Call 🔄
HTTP Status: 200
Message: Duplicate. CallerId already paid out.
Description: A call from this caller ID has already been processed and paid out within the duplicate protection window.
Resolution: This is normal behavior to prevent duplicate charges. If you believe this is an error, contact support with the caller ID and timestamp.
Code 4006 - No Available Numbers 📵
HTTP Status: 200
Message: No phone numbers available for PSTN.
Description: There are no available phone numbers in the pool for the requested Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) routing.
Resolution: Contact support to add more phone numbers to your pool or check your number allocation settings.
Server Error Codes (5000s)
Code 5001 - Rate Limit Exceeded ⚡
HTTP Status: 429
Message: Rate limit exceeded
Description: Too many requests have been made in a short time period, exceeding the allowed rate limit.
Resolution: Reduce the frequency of your API calls or contact support to discuss increasing your rate limits.
